Commercial Instant Shelters

Despite the quality and sophistication of our Heavy Duty Instant Shelters these are not to be mistaken for commercial use pop up shelters. For this purpose we specially developed the Commercial Instant Shelter range. For 2010 we have completely redesigned this range so it now boasts 40mm hexagonal profile aluminium framework which is much stronger than a similar spec box section frame. These instant pop up shelters now share the same design platform used for our Pro-Tex Industrial Instant Shelters range. Our aim was to develop such a range that would keep the best attributes of  the professional  shelters yet would be easier to handle due to its lower weight. Each part was made a bit lighter and lesser gauge materials were used to achieve this. Therefore the frame is made of 2mm hexagonal section anodised aluminium and the whole structure can be extended to a maximum of 210cm head clearance. The canopy is made of 380g per sq metre rip stop polyester which is PVC coated from inside to ensure 100% water proofing. It is flame retardant to BS 7837:1996 to comply with strict health and safety regulations. It is also fitted with eylets in each corner and can be therefore bolted to the framework with screw down balls and thus effectively stopping rainwater from pooling in the corners. Compared to our two leisure ranges the side curtains are reinforced to provide better protection for your stock or racing gear. Window panels are fitted with a larger transparent section to allow more light in but which can also be blocked off completely by rolling down the attached blinds. The roll up doorway is also 50% wider for easier access. The sides for the Commercial Instant Shelters are now made from the same 380g per sq metre PVC coated flame retardant polyester material.

The sides fix to the canopy and frame with a velcro quick fit system and have two luggage straps in every corner for extra security. All panels are zipped in each corner of the instant shelter. As a result there are no gaps between the sides and the canopy or in the corners where the sides meet. Therefore the inside of your instant shelter is fully sealed and protected from rain and wind.
