Where to use a 1.5m x 1.5m commercial gazebo
We designed the PROTEX®40 for commercial use where weight matters, from market traders to motorsport teams. The 1.5m x 1.5m size suits a tight pitch or a compact display. It’s also ideal for frequent use in the home garden.
The fabric is water-resistant to 4000mm, so it can withstand a water column pressure of 4,000 millimetres before water gets through. That makes it waterproof and suitable for moderate to heavy rain and most outdoor activities. Anchor it properly every time with our gazebo weights or the included tie-down kit.

Add sidewalls
Add a sidewall set when you order for extra shelter and privacy. Each set has two window panels with internal privacy blinds, a double-zipped doorway that rolls up and one solid panel. The walls fasten to the canopy and legs with Velcro, which keeps them secure and taut.

Every PROTEX®40 gazebo comes with our 12-month warranty, a 2-year frame warranty and a lifetime warranty on all reinforced nylon joints and brackets. We believe that lifetime coverage is unique in the industry and it shows our faith in the products we make.

Framework
The PROTEX®40 1.5m x 1.5m gazebo has a 46mm diameter hexagonal profile frame made of high-quality aluminium and weighs 20kg. The concertina cross-bars have internal ribbing and the galvanised steel footplates provide excellent stability. The gazebo is fully anchored through these feet.
The frame has five height settings, adjustable in 75mm increments. Screws and locking nuts connect every part securely and a central strut with a built-in spring forms the apex and keeps the roof canopy at the ideal tension.

Canopy
The canopy is made from 380g polyester PVC-coated textile fabric and weighs 3kg. Thermally taped seams make it fully waterproof and double stitching reinforces every corner and stress point. The external fabric is ribbed for added strength, with anchor loops on all corners for guy ropes.

Optional sidewalls
The sidewalls are made from fully waterproof polyester with an inner PVC coating and a 600D denier fibre density. A complete set weighs 8kg. High-quality zips join the panels vertically and double stitching reinforces all corners and stress points.
A 50mm Velcro strip along the top of each wall fixes it to the canopy. Inside, 30mm Velcro bands attach to the roof’s concertina sections and at intervals down each leg, which keeps the walls secure and taut. Each set comes in its own storage bag.
